Mission Statement:To reduce disability and death from cardiovascular disease and strokes. Community-based, voluntary health organization composed of more than 3.5 million volunteers fighting heart disease and stroke.

Volunteer Opportunties:All fundraising is done through events, which are coordinated by a team of volunteers. Committees are composed of volunteers.
