Introduction:New Horizons Community Service Board is a non-profit organization providing mental health, developmental disability and addictive diseases services to citizens in Harris, Talbot, Muscogee, Chattahoochee, Stewart, Randolph, Quitman and Clay counties. New Horizons is accredited by the Joint Commission Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

Mission Statement:The mission of New Horizons Community Service Board is to provide a continuum of high quality, readily accessible Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Addiction Diseases community services based on current best practices for the citizens of West Central Georgia.
